Ankra provides seamless integration with a wide array of add-ons that can be automatically deployed to your Kubernetes clusters with minimal manual intervention required. These add-ons simplify and enhance your cluster's functionality, allowing you to focus on what matters most—building and scaling your applications.

Key Features of Ankra Add-ons:​

Available Add-ons:​

1. Cert-Manager​

Manage and automate the issuance and renewal of TLS certificates for Kubernetes services. Cert-manager integrates seamlessly with multiple Certificate Authorities, including Let's Encrypt.

2. Cloudflare Issuer​

A plugin to enable DNS validation and SSL certificate management using Cloudflare's DNS services for automated certificate issuance.

3. EBS (Elastic Block Store)​

Provision highly available, scalable, and secure block storage for Kubernetes clusters using AWS EBS.

4. ELB (Elastic Load Balancer)​

Automatically provision AWS Elastic Load Balancers to manage and distribute incoming traffic to your Kubernetes services.

5. External DNS​

Automatically configure DNS records for Kubernetes resources using various DNS providers. External DNS dynamically adjusts DNS records as services are added or removed from the cluster.

6. GitLab​

Deploy a fully-featured GitLab instance for source code management, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines. Ankra’s GitLab integration provides streamlined deployment and management of this critical development tool.

7. Grafana​

Easily deploy Grafana for advanced monitoring and visualization of metrics across your cluster, enabling quick identification of performance bottlenecks or anomalies.

8. Harbor​

A cloud-native registry that stores, signs, and scans container images. Harbor enhances security and efficiency in containerized environments, integrated seamlessly into your cluster setup.

9. Keycloak​

An open-source identity and access management tool that can handle authentication and authorization for your applications and services. With Keycloak, you get single sign-on (SSO) support and centralized identity management.

10. Let’s Encrypt​

Automate the issuance and management of free SSL certificates for your services using Let’s Encrypt.

11. NGINX Ingress Controller​

Deploy NGINX to manage and route external traffic to internal Kubernetes services. Ankra takes care of configuring the Ingress rules automatically, optimizing it for high traffic and reliability.

12. Prometheus​

A powerful open-source system monitoring and alerting toolkit. Ankra’s Prometheus integration enables robust metrics collection and alerting for your Kubernetes environment.

13. Trivy Operator​

15. WireGuard​

Getting Started with Add-ons:​

To deploy any of these add-ons, simply navigate to the Add-ons section of Ankra's platform create cluster, select the add-on you need, and click Deploy. Ankra will handle the rest, ensuring your cluster is configured correctly and ready to use.
